Return a purchase
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to Ditte Maigaard Studio within the following 14 days from having notified us. To return an order please contact dittesinemai@gmail.com and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these critetia:

1. Place the product in similar packaging as when you received it.
2. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product

(the one you received with the product or print the order from the e-mail you received when ordering online).
3. Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Ditte Maigaard Studio and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Shipping costs in case of a return product will not be refunded. In case of returning products purchased with free shipping, we charge 50 DKK for shipping and handling. If returning products purchased from gift card another gift card on the amount will be issued. 

 

NOTE! We do not receive packages send as COD (cash on delivery) (pr. efterkrav) and packages send to package shops (postpakke uden omdeling).

Please notice that we can exchange your items to other products if available in stock.
